Follow along while these four female secret agents teach how to do amazing experiments! McKeyla McAlister's specialty is biology. You can learn how to get the DNA out of a strawberry! Adrienne Attoms teaches chemistry experiments like learning how yeast works and how adding salt to ice can make it colder. Bryden Bandweth teaches us about electrical circuits. Finally, Cameryn Coyle teaches about the physics of motion.
The experiments in this book are incredibly impressive. They almost all consist of items already found around the house, and if not they're easily located, at the grocery store. Each experiment includes any charts or space for notes that may be needed. There is also additional information that further explains the science of what happened in the experiment. The biggest drawback is the theme being based on the Netflix show Project Mc2. Firstly, it is very girly. Boys would NOT enjoy this. It does not add anything the science, experiment process or flow of the book. Regardless of that, this is a terrific book full of simple and diverse experiments for third to fifth graders.
